Tony Siebel

Tony Siebel, Vice President and Associate Partner, diverse career spanning healthcare, corporate development and both personal and business lending brings a wide range of expertise to the team at Stoneridge Partners. Whether a client needs assistance in evaluating a possible transaction or negotiating financing, Tony has the experience needed to help successfully close the deal.

Prior to joining Stoneridge, Tony served in critical leadership roles for MDVIP, a leader in personalized healthcare with a network of more than 900 primary care physicians across the country. As Director of Corporate Development, Tony led MDVIP’s first-ever corporate development department. His team was responsible for overseeing the entire merger and acquisition process for physician practices acquired by the company – from identifying appropriate acquisition targets to performing valuation analyses to negotiating purchase agreements and documents. He also served as the company’s Director of Physician Development, building relationships with physicians and successfully bringing them into MDVIP’s national network of providers.

Tony also has vast experience in the realm of personal and business lending. He worked directly with privately-held businesses with revenues up to $35 million to provide equipment lease financing, and was responsible for managing and growing the equipment leasing program for Stock Yards Bank and Trust, a large regional commercial and personal banking company serving Louisville, KY, Indianapolis, IN and Cincinnati, OH. He was also the President of Landmark Mortgage Group, a brokerage he founded and led from its creation and which closed more than 1,000 units and almost $160 million in loan volume during his tenure.
Tony earned a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University.
