Dan Huckestein
Dan Huckestein, Vice President and Associate Partner, with more than two decades of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry brings a combination of insightful business acumen and entrepreneurial perspective to the team at Stoneridge Partners.
After earning a B.A. in Psychology at Hampshire College, Dan started his career in management with a national restaurant chain with more than 1,000 locations across the country. Dan rose quickly through the ranks during his eight-year tenure with the company, ultimately landing in a supervisory role where he was responsible for developing an 18-unit market boasting unit average volumes of more than $3 million.
Using the experience he gained working for a national hospitality organization, Dan then founded his own restaurant company, successfully predicting the restaurant industry’s shift to fast-casual dining and turning his unique concept into a multi-million dollar regional platform.
Dan has vast business operations experience, with a background in supervising operations, hiring and training qualified managers, establishing annual and monthly budgets, devising marketing plans, analyzing profit and loss statements, developing brands and managing costs. He has also negotiated real estate transactions, operating agreements, construction contracts, and both vendor and service agreements, and has an extensive background in licensing and permitting.
Dan’s entrepreneurial drive, combined with his years of experience in financial analysis, negotiations and business valuation make him a valuable member of the Stoneridge Partners team.
