Dan Huckestein
Dan Huckestein, Vice President and Associate Partner, joined Stoneridge Partners with an extensive background in Mergers & Acquisitions, successfully brokering transactions in a wide spectrum of health and human service industries. Dan’s experience building companies and developing his own effective exit strategies provides valuable insight and perspective for his clients as an M&A advisor.
After graduating from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA, Dan began a storied career in the restaurant industry, developing and supervising new markets for several national brands. Ultimately, Dan founded his own restaurant concept which he developed into a multi-unit regional platform. After successfully selling several of those businesses, Dan gravitated to M&A where his personal experiences helped him guide many other entrepreneurs through the transaction process to successful closings. Dan brokered dozens of franchise & independent transactions in hospitality, healthcare services, and a multitude of general business acquisitions before joining Stoneridge Partners.
During his tenure at Stoneridge, Dan has specialized in the brokerage of home health, I/DD, and hospice transactions. Dan’s vast business operations experience as a founder and owner/operator, coupled with his negotiation skills and proven track record as an M&A Advisor, make him a valuable member of the Stoneridge Partners team.
