Jonathan Groves

Jon Groves, Associate Partner, earned a BA from the University of Louisville. He joined Stoneridge with over two decades of experience in business development, operations management, and strategic growth. As the Founder and President of Washbox Inc., Jon pioneered a revolutionary locker-based system that streamlined laundry and dry-cleaning services for multifamily housing communities across Metro Denver. Under Jon’s leadership, Washbox expanded through strategic acquisitions, including Sparkles and Washtime laundromats, strengthening market presence and operational capabilities.

A proven leader in business scaling and exit strategies, Jon successfully guided Washbox to a successful acquisition by TIDE Cleaners, further cementing a reputation for entrepreneurial success. He subsequently spearheaded the sale of these enterprises to a new organization. With deep expertise in valuation, negotiation, and business transitions, he continues to drive innovation and operational excellence in every venture.

Beyond Washbox, Jon played a pivotal role in launching Rocky Mountain Lockers as a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and distributor for Luxer One, providing secure package delivery solutions. With expertise in managing multiple business units, he consistently demonstrated operational excellence, revenue growth, and strategic leadership.

Jon and his family reside in Denver, CO where he has lived for over 20+ years. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time on the ski slopes of the Rocky Mountains.
