Josh Hibbert, DPT, Buy-Side Associate Partner, brings years of frontline clinical and operational expertise as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Healthcare Executive.

After receiving his B.S. in Health Science from the University of South Florida, Josh returned to his home state of New York to pursue his DPT at Upstate Medical University. Upon completion, he began his healthcare career in Florida.

Josh spent the early part of his career providing home health services throughout the Tampa Bay region before transitioning into leadership and operations. He quickly rose to VP of Clinical Services within an organization that provided physical and occupational therapy in senior living communities throughout the state. In this role, he worked to grow a small 13 member team with one clinic to an award-winning and nationally recognized 250 member team with 47 locations across three states.

During that time, Josh also co-founded a tech-enabled physical therapy staffing firm that quickly scaled to cover both coasts of Florida within its first year – in 2022 those companies were acquired.

Josh’s combination of industry operational knowledge, business acumen, and entrepreneurial drive make him an excellent fit for the Stoneridge Partners buy-side team.
