Peter Lynch

Associate Partner Peter Lynch comes to Stoneridge Partners with over twenty years of experience as an operator in post-acute healthcare. His healthcare career began when he partnered with his brother Joe in the private duty home care and Medicare home health space in 1999. For the next 16 years he served as Reachout Home Care’s COO and was involved in all aspects of operations, marketing, and the acquisition activities which helped grow the company in both the Dallas and Houston markets. That company was sold to Humana in 2014.

Peter then went to work for a Presbyterian Communities and Services (now Forefront Living), a large healthcare not-for profit in the DFW area whose focus was two CCRCs and a hospice. In five years with this organization, he gained valuable operating exposure to the IL, AL, skilled nursing and hospice sectors of health care.

He left that role in 2019 to start a hospice company, which he sold in early 2023.

Peter brings a broad spectrum of operational, financial, HR and M&A experience to Stoneridge. He has a B.S. in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin, with graduate level studies in finance and accounting. He lives in Dallas Texas.
