Peter Lynch, Associate Partner at Stoneridge Partners, brings over 20 years of experience in post-acute healthcare, with a focus on home health, hospice, and senior living services. He began his career in 1999 as COO of Reachout Home Care, where he led operations, marketing, and M&A efforts, growing the company across Dallas and Houston before its sale to Humana in 2014. He went on to hold leadership roles at Presbyterian Communities and Services (now Forefront Living), gaining hands-on experience in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice. In 2019, he founded a hospice company, which he sold in early 2023. Peter brings a strong blend of operational, financial, HR, and M&A expertise to every client engagement.
