August 7, 2025, McKinney, Texas — New Day Healthcare, a market-leading provider of home-based services, announced today that it entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Heritage Home Healthcare, marking New Day’s expansion into New Mexico.
Heritage Home Healthcare is a leading provider of home care, hospice, and skilled care services throughout New Mexico, employing a dedicated team of over 900 caregivers serving 1,100 patients daily. This latest transaction will be New Day’s 15th acquisition to date. The operation will continue to operate under its current brand.
